Order Cancellation

    • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order might already be in processing or shipping.

After 24 Hours

  1. Processing or Shipped Orders:
    • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order. However, you may still return the item(s) once received by following our Return Policy.

Non-Cancellable Orders

  1. Custom or Personalized Items:
    • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. These items are made to order and are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
